OzHomeOffice was founded by best friends Nio & Ryan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated large-scale shift toward working at home. Nio who worked for a major law firm and Ryan who worked at a global technology company, realised this dramatic change in the work environment of millions of Australians came at a price to our bodies, our productivity and our environment.
As the shift towards working from home increased, the demand for office desks and chairs also surged. However, the choice consumers had was often based on availability rather than quality products. Mindful of the negative impact towards the environment and the growing number of Australians impacted by long term health effects of low-quality home office setups, Nio & Ryan sought ways to address both issues. We partnered with Humanscale to provide the best ergonomic solutions that both achieve our passion for sustainability and for the health and wellbeing of our customers.
